These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Nail Daze website (https://naildaze.com) and your purchases from our store. By accessing our Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Nail Daze sells press-on nails, nail care products, and related accessories. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page.

2. Orders and Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD and may change without notice.
  • Payment is processed securely through PayPal and Stripe (credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay) at checkout.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.
  • An order confirmation email does not guarantee acceptance of your order.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship worldwide using our logistics partners.
  • Delivery estimates are set out in our Shipping Policy and on each product page, and may vary with destination and customs processing.
  • Risk of loss passes to you when the products are delivered to the address you provide. If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive, contact us and we will make it right — see our Returns & Exchanges policy.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues beyond our control.

4. Returns and Refunds

  • You may return unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund (minus return shipping). Sale items are eligible for store credit or exchange only. See our Returns & Exchanges page for details.
  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos — we will replace or refund at no cost to you.
  • To start a return, email [email protected] with your order number. We will provide a return label within 1-2 business days (label fee deducted from refund).
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of receipt. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours.

5. Product Information

We strive to display product colors and images accurately. However, colors may vary slightly due to screen settings. All products are for cosmetic use only and should be used according to the included instructions.

6. Intellectual Property
