How do I find my nail size?

Press-on sets include a range of sizes so you can match each natural nail. Hold each nail over your natural nail to find the best fit. When between sizes, always choose the smaller one for a snug, secure fit. See our size guide for how to find your fit.

What nail shapes are available?

Most of our press-ons are a long coffin shape, with almond and square sets also available. Coffin tapers toward the tip for a slim, modern look; almond is soft and rounded; square is classic and versatile.

Wear & Durability

How long do press-on nails last?

With adhesive tabs: 3-5 days. With nail glue: 7-14 days. Gel strips last 10-14 days when properly cured. Wear time depends on your activity level and application.

Can I wash my hands and shower with them on?

Yes. Gel strips are fully waterproof once cured. Press-ons are water-resistant — daily hand washing is fine, but avoid prolonged soaking for the first hour after application.

Can I do dishes and household chores?

Yes, but we recommend wearing gloves for heavy cleaning or prolonged water exposure. This extends the wear time of both press-ons and gel strips.

Safety & Allergies

Are the products safe and non-toxic?

Nail adhesives contain acrylates and gel products may contain methacrylates, which some people are sensitive to. Patch-test a single nail before applying a full set, and stop using the product if you notice redness or irritation. If you have a known acrylate allergy, please check with a doctor first.

What if I have a skin reaction?

Discontinue use immediately and remove the product. Wash the area with soap and water. If irritation persists, consult a doctor. Contact us at [email protected] for a refund or exchange.

How fast is shipping?

Orders are passed to fulfilment within 1-2 business days. Delivery is typically 7-15 days to the USA (10-23 days for gel strips). See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Delivery typically takes 10-21 business days.

Can I return or exchange?

Yes. Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days — refunds are minus return shipping, and sale items are store credit or exchange only. Damaged or incorrect orders are replaced or refunded at no cost. See our Returns & Exchanges page for details.
