Where your order ships from

NailDaze is a dropshipping store: we do not hold stock ourselves. When you place an order it is passed to our fulfilment partner, who picks, packs and ships it directly to you. This is how we keep the range wide without charging boutique prices.

Processing time

Orders are passed to fulfilment within 1–2 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier.

Delivery times

• Press-on nail sets: typically 7–15 days to the USA.
• Gel nail strips: typically 10–23 days to the USA. Gel products travel on a specialist line, which is slower but keeps them intact.
• Manicure tool sets: typically 7–15 days to the USA.

These are working-day estimates from dispatch, not guarantees. Carrier delays and customs inspections can add a few days.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination. USA orders over $35 ship free.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. If your tracking has not updated within 10 days of dispatch, contact us and we will chase it with the carrier.

Customs and import charges

Orders are shipped from outside the USA. Any customs or import charges levied by your country are the recipient’s responsibility. We declare orders accurately and cannot mark them as gifts.

Lost or damaged parcels

If a parcel arrives damaged, or tracking shows it delivered but it never arrived, contact us within 30 days. See our Returns & Exchanges page for how we resolve it.
